One couple’s behind the scenes shot of their wedding photo proves that exact fact — and the results are both disgusting and hilarious.
Remember when you were a kid and your friend used to think it was a brilliant idea to take a sip of water and spit it all over you?
Well, that seemed to be the exact inspiration of this couple’s wedding shot thought up by Vietnamese wedding photographer Rom Celano.
Props should go to Celano who made the couple look like they’ve been caught in the middle of a romantic shower when really, a random man is simply spitting water on them.
And while the behind the scenes photo does reveal the gross lengths couples go to for a romantic wedding shot, it definitely isn’t the first time a wedding photographer has concocted a wild plan for the perfect shot.
A bridesmaid in the US accidentally became the best part of her best friend’s wedding photo when the photographer asked her for help with the photo.
Posting on Reddit, a self-described “extremely single” Janessa James showed off her hilarious behind the scenes photo that saw her frantically diving out of the shot after throwing up the train of her friend’s dress to simulate the wind.
“This is how I am currently feeling about wedding and engagement season coming up,” James wrote alongside the photo.
“Yes, this is an actual photo of me (extremely single) helping my best friend with her bridals. The photographer asked me to throw her train up and then dive out of the shot, and so I did. Very theatrically,” she added.
